Terms & Conditions — 111tk Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the 111tk platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are registering as an individual, in your own name, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 111tk account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 111tk platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

111tk reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point, including at registration, at the first withdrawal request, and at any time during an ongoing investigation into account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 111tk support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111tk account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 111tk will never ask for your password by email, WhatsApp, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any representative who requests your password should be treated as a potential fraud attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify 111tk immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 111tk will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including a temporary suspension pending investigation. However, 111tk accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable OTP verification on your account for an additional layer of protection.
• Do not access your 111tk account from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Report any suspicious activity — including unrecognised deposits, wagers, or login attempts — to the support team immediately.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 111tk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 111tk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 111tk account within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 111tk does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud measure. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad; up to 2 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending identity verification at 111tk's discretion.

• Deposit funds must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted on standard accounts.
• Bonus balances are subject to the specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• 111tk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳1,00,000 in aggregate within a rolling 30-day period.
• Attempted chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

111tk offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or betting markets, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry date — which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Placing bets above the maximum bet limit stated in a bonus's terms while that bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 111tk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonus funds already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse will be forfeited and the accounts involved suspended.

05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 111tk platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed on 111tk and those held in the game studio's official documentation, the studio's official documentation takes precedence. 111tk will make all reasonable efforts to display accurate and current game rules.

Sports betting markets — including all cricket, football, kabaddi, and other event markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket). In-play markets are subject to settlement once the event concludes, and 111tk reserves the right to void markets where an error in odds has occurred, where the event outcome was determined under extraordinary or force majeure circumstances, or where evidence of match manipulation has been identified.

111tk employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts identified as using prohibited strategies — including but not limited to arbitrage betting across markets, systematic exploitation of live-bet latency, and the use of automated betting bots — may have stakes voided, winnings withheld, and accounts suspended pending investigation.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111tk platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or incorrectly posted odds. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 111tk support staff or other users in any communication channel.

07 Responsible Gaming Obligations

111tk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. As a condition of using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the house maintains a statistical advantage over all casino products over the long term. You agree to use the platform for entertainment purposes only and not as a means of generating primary income.

111tk provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a pre-set duration of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

08 Privacy and Data Use

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 111tk collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. 111tk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations and is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and secure hashed storage at rest.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 111tk platform — including but not limited to the 111tk brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 111tk or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111tk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 111tk platform without the prior written consent of 111tk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111tk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 111tk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111tk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 111tk has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such loss is claimed.

111tk does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows, payment provider outages, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, and telecommunications failures) may temporarily affect platform availability. 111tk will make all reasonable efforts to minimise such disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

111tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Suspected use of the platform by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Abusive conduct directed at support staff or other users.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Where closure follows a confirmed Terms breach, 111tk reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending the outcome of its investigation.

You may voluntarily close your 111tk account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account details and a written closure request. Voluntary closure does not eliminate outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses; such bonuses will lapse on closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

111tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, we will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 111tk platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the revised Terms take effect by contacting our support team.
